Delivery: All products are dispatched from one of our warehouses in Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne which we will allocate according to location and availability of items. Please note, due to the recent drastic increases in shipping costs we are no longer able to deliver to Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, and Tasmania.

Timing of delivery: Orders placed by midday are usually dispatched the following business day. Next day delivery is generally achieved in most inner metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number (if available) once your order has hit the road. We do not guarantee any specific delivery date or time but please expect delivery Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Our delivery partners cannot telephone prior to delivery although we can request they do so if you ask us to. you can do this by leaving such an instruction within the notes section of your order. We cannot however guarantee this will occur and we can accept no liability if it doesn't.

We reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight carrier and freight charges. We ship your orders using our network of couriers, logistics partners and also with Australia Post. By ordering from us you permit us to leave your order unattended in the event no-one is home to receive the delivery. Should you not wish this to occur, you may advise us of this however in the event no-one is home to accept the delivery and it is returned to our warehouse, then re-delivery charges will apply to have another delivery attempted.

Cost of Delivery: Standard Shipping is free for all orders of $100 or more. For orders between $60 and $99.99, a delivery charge of $12.00 will apply. For orders between $0 and $59.99, a delivery charge of $15.00 will apply.
